In the beginning, a young Clark Smith learns to hide his identity and sneak around his abusive father...Until one day, he gets caught with his lover, his gay lover. An argument with his father turns violent and the next morning he's watching the man who was supposed to love him no matter what bury his cold wet body in the backyard. Zeke Coden is invited to his mothers wedding, he never would have gone if not for his little sister, one thing leads to another and he's drunkingly talking to the dead spirit of Clark Smith in the bathtub of his hotel room while his sister twirls around the room in her Junior bridesmaid dress, fetching him water and snacks like the perfect little girl she is, not knowing weather her brother is talking to her or the wall in a drunk state.
