One day Izuku Midoryia, an omega, finds out that he fell pregnant after he and an alpha made love from being wasted.
He goes to his friend, who's more like a brother, Katsuki Bakugou, he tells what happened and being the protective brother he is, let's Izuku stay.
Katsuki tells his mate, Kirishima, who's also very protective of Izuku and comes to stay with them.

Izuku midoriya, a boy who is now 15 years old. He used to have it all when he was younger. A happy family, friends, and an overall amazing life. But sadly, all good things come to an end. At the age of 6 his father found a new woman to love and abandoned his family. This caused Izuku's mother, Inko Midoriya, to run away with her son. She ends up abandoning Izuku in an orphanage to get rid of and extra mouth to feed, hoping he'd be safer there, but things never seem to work out for him, do they? He fell into a dark pit of depression and suicidal thoughts. Which led to harsh teasing and bullying from the other children at the orphanage. Of course the workers there never cared, why should they? To them he was just a burden, a waste. He couldn't take it anymore. The neglect, abuse and bullying got to him and he ended up running away to god knows where, hoping to find a home, somewhere to feel safe. But ended up homeless once again. He thought nothing would get better he decided he would give up trying to continue his miserable life, but a ray of sunshine, a ray of hope, stopped him and took him in. Someone who cared for him. His name was Katsuki Bakugo. This is the story of how Izuku fell in love with this boy, and found true bliss and joy. Everyone has now graduated and successfully achieved their dream of becoming a hero. Midoriya is at No.1, Bakugou at No.2, Todoroki at No.3 and Kirishima at No.4. These positions are constantly moving between the four, but they always seem to end up in the top 4 together and are recorgnised for doing so. But one thing sets them apart, their ranks. Bakugou is an omega, midoriya is an omega, kirishima is an alpha and so is todoroki. The omega control agency keeps tabs on heat season to see if alphas and omegas are doing their roll and reproducing as they are supposed to. If an omega hasn't mated in the space of 2 years, the agency sends them into a, what they call, compulsory resident. Towards the end of first year he suddenly broke up with his boyfriends, Kirishima, Todoroki, and Bakugo as well as pushing away/cutting off everyone else.
