The Falcons' Collin Pierce is the best player in baseball. He's been in the game for two years and instantly became the fan-favorite. But when an accident in center happens, his career for the season is over.

Rowan Archer is is the shortstop for the Falcons' triple-A minors team. With Pierce's injury and too many other players out, Archer is called up to replace him.

Archer struggles with trying to fill Pierce's spot and become the player he's always wanted to be. Pierce faces the ramifications of his injury on his health and performance.
