The lies I tell myself

Min Yoongi is an abusive brother. "Y/N" starts developing Stockholm Syndrome as a defensive mechanism, constantly trying to convince herself that he too loves her and that his main goal is to protect her (A bit like the witch in Rapunzel)

He scares away all of her friends in fear that they will eventually find out about his abuses that, among other horrible things, involve repeated sexual assault.

Daniela is a sweet, brave girl who cherishes her very much. She refuses to abandon her and keeps encouraging her to tell the Police what her brother has her going through. It's unsure but most likely that Yoongi got rid of her drastically.

In reality, "Y/N" doesn't make any friends in college. After Daniela's mysterious disappearance, she becomes afraid of bringing people to their house. Her brother's ghost follows her around everywhere she goes, causing her to lock herself inside her head.

Jin, however, is real, and as time goes by "Y/N" crazily starts to believe that he's Daniela's reincarnation. Of course, that would not be possible since he would be older than her, but she keeps seeing her in everything he does. The way he takes care of her and protects her from Yoongi, offering her a place to stay when things get dangerous. Every time "Y/N" only family hurts her, Jin's there for her. Be it day or night.

Obviously, she starts fearing for his well-being. Her brother hates him more and more every day, feeling threatened by his constant presence in their lives.

"If you don't get rid of him soon, Y/N, I fucking will! But I swear I'll make sure he shrieks even more than that nosy little girlfriend of yours..."

Jin (Daniela) won't give up on her. What is she going to do?
