Izuku is a teenage boy attending the Yuuei heroics program, training to become a hero.


Ochako is a girl living in the countryside with dreams of becoming a hero, yet her family is too poor to move out of the tiny town of Itomori.


Life is normal for the two of them until the day they start swapping bodies.
