At the Battle of Bright Moon, the Rebellion had been saved from the brink of total collapse and failure, and Etheria's balance returned. For the first time in a long time, the Rebellion definitively had the upper hand and the ability to keep the war going for even longer.
But even a major defeat isn't enough to halt the Horde. In the ruins of the Whispering Woods, the Horde is already sending robots to try and secure unwatched areas. The Rebellion is beginning to realize that eventually they might be overwhelmed by sheer strength in numbers.
Suddenly, a new power has come into play, in form of... Kyle? During the fighting at Bright Moon, he was hit hard by the princess's rainbow power wave, and now that he's fully awake, memories that are both his and not his have begun to surface. Out of nowhere, he has become aggressive, intelligent, and highly skilled in many forms of combat. It is these changes that make Kyle remember who he really is, and why he is in the Horde in the first place.

A "what if" Adora was the one that came back to get Catra out of the Horde since in most Fan fics, its Carta that returns to Adora. Plays 2 weeks after Adora joined the Rebellion so about ep 3-4 of S1 and changes course from there. I joined this Fanbase way to late but i still want to write it since i have run out of things to read. This is my first time writing anything so dont expect much (english is not my first Language and my Grammar skills are non existent) Expect Mature themes that are going to be clearly shown by a TW at the start acording to Wattpad guidelines! #catradora this is a story I thought of myself. it takes places after season 5. after the battle with horde prime and order has been restored, adora takes catra to the castle to live there but the people vote to lock her up instead for the damage she caused. with adora fighting for catras right to freedom, they end up both getting exiled. horde prime recovering from his loss, he decides to send down a clone so powerful it would take the combine forces of all the princesses and then some.
