The Xer is about a seventeen year old girl named Blaide, who lives a life with her foster family. She doesn't know where she's from, but she knows her last name, Xdawn. She always plays catch with her younger foster brother, Jameson. They play at the deadline of their yard. Beyond the deadline is a big and dark woods. No one ever goes in, not for all the wealth in
the world. As they were playing catch, Jameson accidentally threw the ball really deep in the woods. Blaide was scared, but she knew she just had to suck it up and get the ball. As she gets deeper and deeper in the woods, Blaide soon finds out that once she got in, she couldn't get out. A dome. A force field.
She finds these old ladies that guide her to their village. They collect her information. As they do, Blaide finally finds a sign of her real family. A weapon, called the Xer. Her fourth great grandfather made it. Now finding out that someone has collected all the Xdawns for slaves, Blaide has to hide, or go to war.
(Sorry the title is confusing it is pronounced like X-er.) + (Won't be posting as often because of school but I'll try to get to it!)

They stole her voice. They buried her name. Now she's coming home.
Abigail doesn't speak - not because she can't, but because the world never listened. For fifteen years, she lived under the roof of a man who wasn't her father, surviving fists, fear, and the slow erasure of who she really was.
Until one night, everything changed.
Dragged from one nightmare into another kind of silence - the silence of truth - Abigail learns the man who raised her was a lie. Her real name. Her real family. Her real blood.
The Falcones.
Her father is Alejandro Falcone - powerful, feared, untouchable. Her brothers are strangers with the same eyes. And her twin, Andrew? Presumed dead.
But Abigail knows better than to trust peace. Especially when the shadows of her past haven't stopped watching.
And across the city, a weapon named Ghost carries out bloody orders - never knowing the girl he dreams of is still alive.
Not for long.
Because monsters always return.
And some stories don't end with rescue.
Some begin with vengeance.
(This is the only warning im giving
My story does contain abuse, suicide, selfharm and any i havent named)
Some begin with vengeance.
