Alani hates people.

Well, most of them. Panlee, his older brother, is tolerable at least. His friend Nico hates people as much as he does, so they get along fine. But Tooru, his best friend, he's one of the closest people to him, and no one could explain why.

They're two contrasts, participating in a play written by their much-too-enthusiastic music teacher, trying to navigate high school drama as the question of sexuality is brought into the mess.
