Robert Hetsler horribly injured following the sudden explosion of his brand-new Ford Roush Mustang that malfunctioned. Specifically, the 10 day old Ford Roush Mustang malfunctioned causing the explosion while Dr. Hetsler was sitting in a parking lot idling.

Robert Hetsler was known as a visionary in the self-storage field having owned and operated 13 different facilities across multiple states. Furthermore, he was a frequent lecturer in the field of self-storage and his ultimate goal was to conduct international self-storage in Germany. Just weeks before the incident, Dr. hetsler had returned from a very productive meeting in Germany about expanding his business into Germany such that when he returned home, one of the very first things he did was hire a private pilot and began looking for private planes to purchase.
