The day young, orphan Aida accidentally sets fire to her sister's prized rosebushes, she knows something is different. Aida's powers as a young Kinetic have just broken out, and it is time for her to be taken in and trained to control them.
With only a few other teenage Kinetics to show her the ropes, she is thrust into an entirely different world of kinetic powers and exciting people... with almost no experience. But when the frightening reality of an agency determined to destroy Kinetics surfaces, it could mean losing everything- for Aida, and her new friends.
