As the absolute silence covered us, all we could hear was heavy panting from both sides. Blood making its way in tiny portions across our faces, a cold blade under my chin, Loki between my legs and on top of me, chests heaving, loose strands of hair falling across our faces, no one moving. Loki stares deep into my eyes, as if he might just see my soul. I do what I do best, I glare. He tips my head with his knife, leans in close to my ears, his hair brushing against my cheek, and whispers with a hot breath.
"If you're serious, we better do this right."
