To create balance of the living realms, the ruler of Galaxia decided to gave power to entities that shall embody justice of the whole universe. 

The objective was to remain purity of the universe and balance on each realm. Bit peace cannot exist without chaos. White cannot exist without black. There are no goodness without evil. 

Via, the choosen guardian of the Moon- the keeper of all gates was astonished by the beauty of balance. She admired peace and chaos. That is why, greed conquers her body resulting to the opening of all the gates of the realms. Balance is no longer found. War in each realm is evident. The ruler of Galaxia was in anger. She frozed Via, and that is when balance is no longer found. 

It was the moment of war and standing for your own realm. It was like that- before the 12th daughter of the descendant Via. She was Twelve, and she is the balance.
