The most powerful kingdom in the continent, much less the whole world, Nanare, begins searching for its new head knight by holding a contest anyone from nobles to peasants can compete in. When 18 year old Evelyn Marre hears about this, she heads to Nanare to compete in the contest. She has been trained her whole life for this by her father and older brother, Edward, sword fighting, arrow shooting, horse riding, you name it, she can do it. Problem is, she's a girl, and girls are pretty much forbidden from anything. So, she decides to disguise herself as a boy and compete under the watchful eyes of the heartless King Ian and the handsome Prince Alexander. The contest leads to some crazy things like sword fights, an almost kidnapping, and becoming fighting partners, (Okay, okay, maybe a little more than fighting partners) with the Prince. Can she win while disguising herself as a boy? Will anyone ever find out her secret? What happens if she does win?

HUGE, MEGA SUPER THANKS to @OrchidSong24 for proofing the WHOLE THING CHAPTER BY CHAPTER AS I WRITE IT and to @winchesters_and_co for making the awesome (AWESOME) cover(s) for the story!!!
