Chance: What will you risk?

Everyone believes that all things happen for a reason. A wish upon a star will grant you a wish, a choice could lead you down a path you never dreamed of taking. My story is no different. I believe in karma, gods will, chance, whatever one wishes to call it as much as the next person. Maybe more. My life has become a game of chance.

When you have lived a life as I have, you don't take things at face value. You pull everything apart. Every word. Every action. Every person you encounter. You see, I've been told how to live my entire life. What to eat...what to wear..who to love. But I broke that the day I learned of my past.

I have never been the best at following direction, so naturally the minute I get the opportunity, I broke free. I ran from my life to find it. I ran from love to understand it. You may not understand my story, but I ask that you take the time to listen before you judge. Because no matter how you wish upon a star, you don't always get what you hope for.
