Two teens, two very different lives, same school. About to collide and crash into each others lives, welcomed or not.
Draven struggles with the loss of his mother, his abusive, alcoholic father, and life in general. When a beating is taken too far and he ends up in the ICU. Where he meets Dezirae. A quiet, popular girl at school who seems to have it all together. So he thinks. Dezirae struggles daily with her Bipolar, her overbearing father, and her mother who would rather drink than open up emotionally. All she wants to do is go to art school. Her father however, has different plans for her life, and it all becomes too much to handle.
Together, they become a unique pair and a friendship blossoms. Will this friendship survive outside the hospital walls or is it just that? A hospital friendship with an end date.
