This story is in an AU where Hawks and Dabi were childhood friends. (AU since it's not canonly announced, only Theories)
Hawks hasn't seen his childhood friend Toya since highschool. He's asked Enji about him but not even he knows what happened. While he's the number two hero, he soon finds out that the villian people warn him about has been Toya all this time.
