Joanne Park is a twenty-one-year-old from Philadelphia tasked with taking care of her two younger siblings. Her mom left when she was only fifteen, and her dad has always been an emotionally absent drunk. After losing her waitressing job, Joanne starts working at the city's most famous casino, Euphoria. A horrifying experience during a late-night shift introduces her to Grayson Walsh, an enigma of a man who will change her life as she knows it. Note: This is loosely inspired by Shameless, so if the first couple of chapters give you that vibe; that's why!
