Serum | Marvel Fic (Discontinued?)

After the Winter Soldier is broken free, Hydra decides to get more creative with their new assassins. Cue Veerin: a serum that makes fast, strong, focused, soldiers who follow orders in a more seamless way than their predecessor. But most don't survive the full set of doses. The two survivors, Eight and Twelve, are sent out to do Hydra's bidding and tie up loose ends.
