He sits in front of his laptop, the screen being the only light in the room. 

His legs don't work but his fingers do.
His mind doesn't work but his heart does.
His soul is fractured but refilled by gold.

He cannot stop himself from writing. It moves on its own. He cannot separate reality from fiction - constantly creating new worlds to escape his true one.

He believes in these stories as if they actually happened. Some did happen, but he warped them to suit a narrative. He needed to share stories and experiences with the world for them to see too.

A new perspective? To entertain? To free himself from the chains he created?

He wants to make you laugh, cry, reflect, and let go where he couldn't.

With that, maybe he'll find some solace.
