This is a warrior cats fanfiction. this does not take place in the cannon universe, or even the cannon territories. here's some stuff copy and pasted from a doc about this fanfic you need to know:
Clans: Orchidclan, Marbleclan, Seedclan, Graniteclan, Glacierclan
Territory: Five mountains. In the middle is a lake with a small island in the middle used for gatherings.
Leaders: Badgerstar (Orchidclan), Sproutstar (Marbleclan), Scarstar (Seedclan), Ghoststar (Graniteclan), Timberstar (Glacierclan)
Changes to the warrior code: You don't need to have had an apprentice to become deputy. After a battle the clan leader must share the news of what happened during the battle.
Spiritual Thing: Moontree.
New abilities: The cats have stronger paw pads due to walking along mountains all day. Also, they can run very fast down hill and are excellent climbers.
Orchidclan: They have some grassy parts on their mountain with flowers and they are the sleekest and fastest cats.
Marbleclan: They are the buffest of all the clans and prefer to use brute force then anything else.
Seedclan: They are the only clan other than Orchidclan to also have grassy parts of their mountain. They are soft, gentle cats who are very manipulative.
Graniteclan: They have the rockiest mountain.
Glacierclan: The only clan with snow. The tip of the mountain is covered with snow, as they live in the tallest mountain. They are the most cut off from other clan affairs but do occasionally get involved. The other clans don't really know much about them, as they don't speak much at gatherings and sometimes only the leader, deputy, and medicine cat go to gatherings.

The Whispering Storm || A Warrior Cats Fanfiction
Every disaster that threatens a Clan means StarClan will come and save you. You'll receive a prophecy that will save everything you love. The peril is vanquished in a battle, and there is no need for sleeping with one eye open anymore. StarClan will forever watch over you from your nest and keep you safe. That is what has been passed down from generations. Not every tale has to end like that: StarClan saving everyone with the chosen cat, everyone loving the hero or heroine - but it always does. So facing a challenge such as missing cats shouldn't be a challenging task. Moons pass on, cats keep disappearing faster and faster; nobody is doing anything to prevent the case. Everyone is relying on StarClan to send the prophecy to their medicine cat, just hoping that one day, the fiasco will end. Yet that's not the way fear works its way into hearts. Warriors, once brave and strong, now cowering behind one another. Apprentices with their eagerness to learn, now afraid of the outside world and going missing. Queens, always caring for their kits, now fearful of losing them to the mystery. Elders, who are as wise as the deepest river, now unable to provide an answers. With leaf-bare creeping up, the Clans are preparing for the harsh weather. Preparing for another season should be like gathering moss for the elders, but not this time. This time, the Clans are struggling just to assemble a hunting patrol and maintain borders. Forcing time out of daily tasks is asking the impossible. Leaf-bare is going to take the remaining lives of the cats that are lucky enough to even make it through leaf-fall. Rising from the Ashes
The four Clans-GrassClan, OakClan, PineClan and WillowClan-have lived in relative balance since the Clans began. They kept separate, save for their Gathering every full moon. While they had their disagreements, they kept a relatively harmonious existence. They had always been four Clans and it was believed that they always would be. For as long as they kept the warrior code alive, the Clans would continue to thrive. That's when the troubles began. One long, hot, dry greenleaf, a fire swept through GrassClan. Some cats were lost but those that survived resumed life in their now scorched territory. They knew that life was going to be harder than ever, but they could not abandon the only home they had ever known. The next couple of seasons, GrassClan struggled to feed themselves with little prey to be found. Yet, they refused to give up. Newleaf found GrassClan weak and starving but with hope on their horizon. Their oldest queen had moved into the nursery. Then, disaster struck a second time. Greencough swept through the Clan, snuffing out the new lives before they had even begun. The dreaded sickness left its mark, stealing the future of the Clan and all hope with it. Life had taken its toll on GrassClan. All that remained were their young leader, their deputy, their elderly medicine cat, one warrior and three elders. They had no apprentices, no she-cats and no kits. The once vibrant Clan was on the brink of dying out. The four Clans would soon be no more. Then, at the next Gathering, StarClan brought a message to the Clans: GrassClan must survive. There had always been four Clans and that could not change. Blossompaw is the apprentice to Crystalwing, the medicine cat of AirClan, but even with such an important role, she always feels ignored. Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
