Alissa, a typical college student, endures a series of unfortunate events in her life; from losing her bestie and her mom-figure to being dumped by her overprotective cheating boyfriend-how anticlimactic.
Her resilience is tested when she is kidnapped by a nefarious and nonchalant mafia leader. Alissa learns the kidnapping is linked to her past with the mafia, which doesn't make sense at all because she steers clear of trouble.
She couldn't even hurt a fly.
Despite the danger, Alissa tries to keep her cool and hopes it'll be enough for him to feel sorry for her and let her go.
As each day passes the tension rises and her situation becomes more and more unstable, not only physically but emotionally. Her innocence is being shattered from left to right, but will she rise above it all or succumb to their delinquent ways?
