The city of Ursbec is torn between two warring super powers, both using large machine behemoths known as Shell's to wage war on the outskirts of the city, while quick moving individuals adorned in cybernetic and flexible suits known as Frame's fight one another within the city. This is a story of a slacker known as Koma and the responsibilities he will stumble upon within this war torn city.
