Yes they lost the winter soldier but he didn't think he was the only one, did he? She was just a girl from NYC minding her own business when strange men from hydra found her walking her dog and decided she was a good start. They took her to somewhere in Germany and started doing tests with this thing called Loki's Scepter. It gave her extremely higher senses, including telling if someone is telling the truth or what there feeling to extent. As well as her having amazing sight, hearing, smell, taste, and physical feeling. After that they gave her the serum and it made her stronger and faster than the average as well. They wiped her mind and trained her to become one of the most dangerous creatures on the planet, but kept her hidden. What will happen if she gets a mission to go fight one of there own.
