George, Dream, and Sapnap find themselves trapped in Minecraft. They get to work speedrunning as safely as possible, but unforeseen obstacles get in their way over and over. 
As things get slowly worse and worse, they can either accept the new reality and cope, or survive in denial.

This is not related to "Free the Game, Beat the End" despite the similar name. It wasn't an influence bc I haven't read it. This is entirely separate and mine, please don't compare them.

This took a year to write, starting in December 2020 (so it's dated.) Just keep in mind that it's before the first fall of L'Manberg, around the first Tales of the SMP, after Roadtrip came up but before Mask, before any of them met up irl besides George and Wilbur.

Hello! So before we start this is 100% going to have Blood Death Mentions of injury and cussing it mAy have Angst and ships but its a may. So in this AU everybody has some sort of power and a power source! Dream's mask gives him strength but he loses a bit of sanity. After he stops he gets weakness George's glasses (he has to be wearing them on his eyes) let's him see some of the future but it's limited. After he's done he has a headache. Pain depends on how long he goes into the future Sapnap's headband gives him speed 2 but he can't control how long it is. After 2 minutes he gets slowness 2. Bad's hood gives him flight but he can't go that fast. After he's done he can only jump a slab. So the 4 are just playing a casual manhunt with no powers as Dream stated in the rules. Though while Dream was winning again and George, being a dummy, used his powers! Then well... You'll read the rest! Cya luvs!

They were each streaming on the Dream SMP that day, everybody had just about logged off when the server suddenly shut down with the 6 still online. After a day of not hearing from them, a few people checked the SMP. The server was locked." -News article 2026. (Warning- Non of this is remotely close to the actual SMP or these streamers IRL selves. please don't judge me if nothing in this story lines up with the real SMP. thanks for reading!) Tommy and Tubbo were sick and tired of hearing non stop about the disappearances. The two brothers wanted them to be found just so people would shut up about it, that was until scientists finally figured out what happened and how to get them out. each of the missing streamers were stuck in the world, their bodies now part of the game. The only way for them to get out was to either beat the game or find some sort of loop hole, their only problem? Dream had destroyed the end portals that were within 1000's of blocks a month before the disappearances and if they died? Game. Over. Scientists developed a new VR like device, they only made 3. With those 3 they needed volunteers but nobody seemed to want to risk it. Tommy decieded to do it for fun and drag Tubbo with him. Can Tommy and Tubbo and one other help Dream and everybody else escape the SMP? Or will somebody else on the inside stop them from beating the game and kill them.
