Tommy's family had only cared for him once upon a time. Now, they only cared about their image, only needing to depict a powerful family on important days. One of these days is a month away... They won't care if he's gone for a while, only if he returns before the certain day, right?
Basically, neglected Tommy decides to run away and meets other people who may also not be the nicest, but honestly, he just wants to experience new things.
