Mysterio is a member of The Sinister Six along with Electro, Kraven the Hunter, Chameleon, Vulture and their leader Doctor Octopus. Quentin would spend most of his time flirting with random chicks at bars or wherever he might be at the time but of course he quickly had to stop the interaction when he and his teammates were put on S.H.I.E.L.D. watchlists. They spend most of their time either playing cards or robbing banks, and sometimes going after Spider-Man. All of that was swell but Quentin couldn't help but think of his boyfriend, Tony Stark. They have been friends ever since they were minors but sadly went their own separate ways from adulthood.

Quentin flirted with girls to draw the attention off of his chaotic gayness so that Otto wouldn't suspect anything, but alas, his heart belonged to Iron Man in which Tony returned the favor. A villain and a hero madly in love as their leaders wouldn't approve. It had been years since they've been able to see each other.. The last time was hugging on the steps of Stark Industries as the rain fell to set the mood. They couldn't take it anymore. They HAD to see each other.

I hope they don't get caught.

August 10, 2005 Heaven forbid the wrong person finds this journal. If something is to ever happen to us, I want you to know the truth. Your father and I are agents for a secret government organization called S.H.I.E.L.D.. My hope is that you will never become involved in their affairs. Our mission is to protect the world. Save lives. We were sent on a mission about a month ago to take down a Hydra base. You should have learned about them in history, but they are our enemies. Very few remain. With luck, by the time you are reading this, Hydra will be wiped off of the face of the earth for good. During our mission, we came across Hydra's experimentation on a baby. They had not gotten very far with their experiments and the two year old was still perfectly healthy and fully human. We took the baby back to S.H.I.E.L.D with us. As agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., your father and I have always known that we would never be able to settle down and raise a family. Of course we always have wanted children of our own, but being sent on missions every few months, it would be inconvenient and troublesome. But when we found the baby, we knew that she was our chance at having a family. That baby was you, Petra. You gave us the chance to be parents. I pray that you will never have to read this, and that your father and I will be able to tell you ourselves, but I know that in our line of work, there is a chance that we may be gone. You are a blessing in our lives and we love you very much. Love, Mary Parker This fic idea was given to me by @NexusNormKnight. Also, I don't own anything Marvel related or that you might recognize
The Weight of Grief by Kale_Kabbage
12 parts Complete Mature
It's almost funny. How grief sneaks up on you. One second, you're fine; you're coping well and then it hits you like a bullet, tearing right through your heart, almost killing you on the spot. Grief is a monster that lies dormant in the darkest quarters of your mind, growing stronger and stronger until you can't fight anymore. Until you can't breathe. Peter was fractured. The monster having grown too big, and without any support left to hold him up, the world of drugs dug its claws into him. And it was slowly killing him, like a sickly sweet poison that dulled the pain while quietly feeding on his soul. He was powerless to stop it. He was too tired to stop it. Tony was doing pretty good. Aside from having died, he was doing pretty good. Resurrected from the dead, check. Thanos dead, check. Wife and daughter thriving, check. He'd never expected to get his life back, that was for sure. He was thankful for the second chance. Unfortunately, Tony was quick to discover that the kid had all but lost his own life. It felt like a knife slowly twisting into his chest every time he saw the kid: in agony. Now Tony wasn't exactly the poster-child for a good emotional support figure, but he wasn't about to sit back and let this continue. No matter how hard the kid fought him, no matter how much resistance he was met with, Tony would help the kid. Still, he couldn't help the fear that laced his blood. Tony couldn't help but question whether he would be able to save Peter from the weight of grief. **NO Starker** Triggers Warnings: Substance Use/Abuse Depressive and/or Suicidal Thoughts/Mentions Rape Threats/Mentions Descriptive Blood/Minimal Gore Some Self-Harm Coarse Language Mental Illness (various) This is a heavier story, so please don't read if you're not comfortable with any of the above triggers. My Broken Spiderboy (tasm! spiderman x reader) by riesespieces

"Who's this?" Spiderman points to an old polaroid on my desk. I glance at it, before going focusing back on Spider's shoulder, "Just a boy I was friends with in high school. He kinda just disappeared after his girlfriend died though." "Oh. Were you close?" I shrugged, the old feeling of bitterness reentering my heart after so many years. "I would have called us best friends, but I guess not close enough for him to want my help." "I'm sure he just didn't want to hurt you." "Whatever, I'm over it." "You still have his picture." "I said I'm over it, Spiderboy! He left, he's not my friend anymore! Not like you won't do the same thing when you leave here tonight. I helped you, and now you have no use for me. Just like Peter." ------ You used to be best friends with Peter Parker. That was until he met Gwen Stacy and fell in love. And when she died due to a freak accident, Peter left you for good. You were on your own now, and you preferred it that way. No one was going to hurt you now, you just had to get through med school and you'd be a-okay. At least so you thought. Exactly five years after the death of Gwen Stacy you find a beaten-up Spiderman laying on your porch. He could barely get out a word before you led him into your apartment and helped him clean up. After that fateful night, Spiderman would pay you almost nightly visits to fix him after his nightly patrols each night. You couldn't help to get close to the masked man. But there was always that underlying fear that he was just using you as your other friends had? Or was there actually a friendship? As the months went on you found yourself falling for the superhero. Surely this was bound to end in disaster. ------ Warnings: mentions of blood/gore/vomiting, some cussing, there will be no smut of any kind so don't ask Disclaimer: I do not own Spiderman or any characters related to Spiderman
