Kasen Ralh-hog is the commanding officer of the 39th battalion in the Free Rasalhague Republic. Leading his men against an invasion force like no other, the Clans. And though they may be small in number, they intend to stand tall and fight hard to save their home.

This book was written in collaboration with @TheGohstInTheCorner. He's a great writer and I would definitely recommend his stuff. We hope you enjoy this hopefully hardcore Battletech fanfiction.

The Crimson Ember

1 part Complete

The sky burned red the night Talvasa fell. The once-peaceful island, untouched by modern civilization, was the first to witness the arrival of Rovakai, an otherworldly behemoth whose molten scales and cosmic eye heralded destruction beyond human comprehension. With it came the Dreadshades-twisted, skeletal creatures that moved like shadows and fed on fear. By dawn, Talvasa was nothing but ashes. Ten years later, Kael Dravik wakes up every night drenched in sweat, haunted by the screams of his past. He was one of the few survivors of Selkirk, another island consumed by the crimson sky. No one believed his warnings. No one listened when he spoke of the horrors he had seen. Now, as Australia begins to fall, he knows the nightmare is repeating itself. And this time, the world is running out of places to hide. From the ruins of civilization, a desperate resistance forms: the Vanguard Initiative. Led by the battle-hardened Colonel Ethan Ward, it is a coalition of survivors, soldiers, and scientists united by one purpose-to uncover the origins of the Dreadshades and stop the crimson tide before humanity is wiped from existence. Leon, though reluctant, is forced to join them, carrying a secret that could change everything: a weakness buried in legend, hidden in salt.
