This story is inspired by a movie called "The Fault in Our Stars" which is about two young people suffering from cancer. They fell in love and everything seem so perfect but both knew that sooner or later one of them would be gone first.
In this story Y/n has cancer and one day stumbles across Dream.
Who would've thought that from this moment on, Y/n's story is about to rewrite itself completely.
