Alice Williams is a 16 year old girl who has the ability to read minds and predict the future. Moving away from her hometown in the UK and into the town of Clear Falls, USA. When Alice is taking a walk around the town to get a idea of the town she runs into the gang leaders who basically run the town. She manages to get away from them because one of the leaders stuck up for her. 

Things start to get weird as Alice has visions of the future and in this new environment her powers start to grow. Alice helps the police take down the gangs' operations. The gang don't know who this person is letting the police take them down and they become more ruthless. The eldest brother and the leader of gang starts to grow more fascinated and suspicious of Alice.
