There is more to life than having a husband and for me; it was to be better than my brother.
In my own way, I was just as good as him and although it never bothered me before, as I grew past what society considered to be the 'eligible' age for marriage I now longed for what almost every girl my age had; a husband.
Or maybe I was just bored?
Maybe I longed for the excitement that came from being married.

I believe that each of us deserves a chance at love. And I know it sounds silly that there's someone out there for everyone but I believe in love. Now I know some say there's no such thing as true love, that it all ends in heartbreak and pain, but I think that's the beauty of it.
