Seven had escaped one nightmare in the sea, only to find himself entering another nightmare that's all too new. However, he isn't alone as Seven is accompanied by an odd boy with a paper bag who seems to harbor personal ghosts from a life before.
(Just an au where Mono travels with RK instead. However, things are....different with Mono.)

Lost in Transmission - Little Nightmares AU
The Maw is no place for children. It has a way of drawing creatures toward it; those who eat, those who are eaten, and everything in between. The Maw, by accident, is exactly where Six and Mono end up. ~~~ Six didn't want to save Mono, but she did. She knows what he becomes. She knows how stupid it was that she saved him. But she couldn't just leave him to die. As soon as they're out of the Pale City, she plans to run away from him. The screens have other ideas. When Six and Mono are forced to travel through a television, there's a glitch. Although separated by different signals, they're sent to the same place - the Maw, a feeding ground stranded in the ocean. Mono, thrown into seemingly-peaceful rooms, wants to find his way back to Six and escape with her. Six, lost in the darkest depths of the ship, wishes to escape by herself; seeing all others as a threat. It's not simply a fight against the outside world anymore. Without each other to lean on, with danger brewing, with darkness found inside and out...the two may not make it out alive. One thing is certain. Feeling unsatisfied with what happens, you imagine yourself going in and changing it yourself like a child's imagination, when you suddenly seem to feel strange, grabbing what you can, you black out and wake up at the maw, next to a familiar suitcase. Mono, like all the other children of his world, is left on his own to survive. This world is corrupted by the Transmission, emitted from a strange tower, towering over the dark sky of the Pale City. No one knows how, why and since when, and no one really wants to understand, preferring to take refuge in the comfort and distractions offered by this very same Transmission. But by ignoring the problems, things have become worse and worse, and now the world is a living nightmare. But lately, for some reason he can't understand, Mono has been feeling more and more intrigued by the infamous tower. He has been experiencing increasingly strange dreams, as if something or someone was calling, looking for him. Like so many others, he prefers to hide. Trying to understand only brings suffering and hate. But he can't stay hidden forever.

what if six didn't exist? and it was up to these two misfits to save the confusing and terrifying world of little nightmares?? seven wakes up on his bed and takes his plan to escape into action, he meets a boy named Mono and together they try to escape the Maw and defeat the lady, will they succeed? who knows? (and no the mono x seven bit isn't really to present in this book, this book centers around the maw so maybe next i will make a book after they escape, basically its just some good ol teamwork between these two cause why not?) (Edit: there's still mono x seven but I won't make it to crazy, more like this is just little crushed and some holding hands and maybe some smoll lil kisses but im not to sure yet, but yeah as it said this might become a series-)Terminé
