Elle, a dorky girl who just moves here from a little town in South Carolina, has to start over...AGAIN!! This has been the 15th time this YEAR that her family has moved across the country, but in Winthrop, Washington Elle starts to get curious. Her father and mother are starting to be very causious about what they say to her as she gets older, and seem to always be out and about. But the strange thing is when they leave the house, no one claims to see them and they are never where they say they are.
