Sunset Diaries

Ian was on his peak of success after the movie he starred became a hit worldwide. Fame and fortune are on his grasps. Everything in his career is going smooth as how he sees it not until a sudden misfortune happened. A very sensitive issue he was involved in was dug up by haters and was served to the public. Raging netizens from all over the world came to him feeling nothing but anger and hostility.

Because of this, advertisements, projects and promotions backtracked making his career drop to the bottom. Contracts were terminated. He was devastated to the point where suicidal thoughts came circling through his head.

To help, his manager Anthony sent him to a place where people barely know him. Media is absent and paparazzi are nowhere to be found. This way, he can cool and calm down from what is happening around. He needed a hiatus from media. He needed to live his life without the presence of cameras.

In that place he met Benji, the most cheerful kid in town... or the opposite of cheerful. Let's just say, the quietest person ever existed. He thinks of nothing but work, work, and more work. He works as a bartender of a small but successful bar in their town. He sometimes performs in front of the crowd as well whenever he feels like the guitar is calling him.

No one expected that their encounter can make a big difference to how they live their life. As they try to know each other, deeper understanding between the two of them rose up resulting into something more that friendship. Smiles arrived and pain halted for a moment.

But the world is cruel. Issues that was left behind still tails Ian everywhere he goes which leads to more and more pain. Future consequences and incisive past will be discovered.
