Varian is the second son of Quirin leader of the Vampire Tribe, Varian has always felt on the outs. All he ever wanted was to make his Dad proud, but always was intimidated. His father always compared him to his older brother Eugene who unlike Varian is the perfect son. One day he comes across a female werewolf, and because of his curious nature he investigates and finds out she is the daughter of the werewolf leader. For centuries Vampires and Werewolf's have been enemies, but that all could change with two friends.

Being worried, he tells Varian when he wakes up. They decide they need to go free Ulla, properly this time. But who will they encounter? And what if Varian can't be saved? All of these thoughts race through Hugo's mind as he plans to propose to Varian. Doubt races his mind, as what if Varian says no? And Varian is also worried, what if he levitates again? And Hugo seems to be acting weird, but Varian can't help. He loves the blonde, and is worried for him. On their way to Tonitrua, they struggle to decide if it's worth it. What else might happen to them?
Varian and the Seven Kingdoms (Varian's Seven Trials)
This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!!
