The town's hero, Damien Cowan, shows up on the doorstep of the town's villian, Nathan Zorian. A confused Nathan cares for a broken, and in pain Damien, nursing him back to health. The two get closer, yet have to keep up the rivalry between them to keep the people of the town from getting suspicious.
Will the townies figure out the hero and villian's new found friendship, and love? Or will Nathan and Damien keep it a secret?

Collateral Damage is, at first, a slow burner that explores the inner thoughts and lives of the two main characters as it introduces the world they inhabit. The story slowly introduces hints and references that the reader can piece together to get the grander picture at play. It ramps up as you keep reading with more action and drama until it is too much to bear. Can you spot the twists before they come?
