Naturally, Harry turns to the two men who raised him, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin, though more commonly referred to as Uncle Padfoot and Uncle Moony. With the help of his Godfathers, Harry finds a healthy way to channel the emotions he's not used to experiencing, even if it's not a traditional activity.
