19-year old Esme Miller is on a vacation to Birlington, Virginia, to see her family after years of being apart, but after a long day on the road, she decides to stop at a hotel in North Carolina for the night and continue her trip the following day. However, when Esme falls asleep, she arrives in a dream world which she cannot escape from. Within this foreign land is a dark threat which could lead to the destruction of the world she is trapped in but also the death of thousands of dreams.
