We can deal with things that are real. Things that happen. Like people shouting at us. We can shout back or choose to ignore them. But we can't do anything about those things, that lurk in the dark. It has to be real. And sometimes you don't know if it's real or not, until it's too late - A story about a girl, who tries to find her place at a new school. She promised herself not to be friends with the goth psychopaths as her mom calls them, but what are you supposed to do, when they seem like the best choice? - Trigger warnings can be found in the first line of each chapter. If there aren't any warning, there shouldn't be anything triggering.

Ever heard stories of people who die, but come back to earth? Maybe you've heard of all three afterlives; purgatory, hell, and heaven? Perhaps you learned it from a class about religion in school. Maybe you just saw it in an episode of Supernatural, or on some daytime talk show. Well, I'm here to tell you the only truth I'm certain about: I have been to hell. I'm back. I have unfinished business.

When a average boy is met with a horrible experience at the age of ten, he spends his high school life dealing with physical issues and mental issues, he thinks someone's here this isn't supposed to be alive... Trying to live life with this horrible experience can be hard, but read to find out just how many issues he gets met with in his life!

Where do you go when you die? For this kid, it's Purgatory. In fact, quite a few visit Purgatory, but most everyone moves on. Not this kid. They've been saved, by Death himself, for a very different mission. They will be reaping and advising souls, keeping the very balance of the universe. They will be the newest guardian reaper. ____________________________________ He raised the scroll again and proceeded reading. "We have evaluated your life, and you do not clearly fit into a category of the afterlife. For this reason, you have been sent to purgatory to be advised. After your trial period, I will decide where you fit, or whether you'll need a second trial for advising." He paused, looked up at me, and frowned. "What's your name?" "Why?" "It doesn't show up on the document. It should fill in automatically, the second you've been assigned for advising," he explained. "Odd. Very odd. Come with me, you're a separate case." "Separate from what?" "Everyone else, of course." ______________________________________ (Written for NaNoWriMo2017)

What is real? I know what I saw and experienced, but THEY say it isn't real, that it never happened. THEY say that I'm here for my own good. Who are THEY? Why do they get to decide? I'm so tired I just want to go home...how can I go home?

There is theory, that when a person experiences a near-death, he or she comes by to a coma, going in an alternate universe where all souls dwell to await their final judgement. The "Borderline" as they call it. In here, they experience "bliss", the perfect description of happiness. That's what they said that you would feel right before you die. But if you're lucky enough, you get to experience it and wake up the next to live to tell them the truth about the afterlife.
