A year had passed since the defeat of IT. Since the death of Stan... Of Eddie. And Richie was not doing so well. From constantly drinking, losing his job, and having sex with any man that resembled Eddie. His life was other shit. What the fuck was he going to do now?
On his way back from visiting Eddie's grave, Richie comes across a bloodied, beaten runaway boy in nowhe-I mean Hawkins, Indiana. He takes the boy back home with him in hopes of finding him a good home since it was apparent he didn't come from one. But why does this boy look so much like him?
Richie really hopes Bill isn't right about this one. There's no way this kid was his. It was all pure coincidence.

Mike Wheeler was living his best life at the moment. The mind flayer was gone, El was going to public school with them, and Will and El were his partners, lovers! Everything was great.
Until it wasn't.
His parents, his very homophobic parents, found out about their relationship and tried to ban them from ever seeing each other. He wasn't about to let that happen; he couldn't! He just wasn't expecting the beating that his parents thought he deserved.

What did they expect to do? Beat the gay out of him?

So, not wanting to be a bother to anyone. He ran away.

What was not on the agenda was running into some old stinky guy with a drinking problem that was LOADED with cash.
Or, in other words, Richie Fucking Tozier. That stupid comedian Dustin was obsessed with.
Could his life get any fucking better?
