A disastrous landslide caused by an earthquake takes out most of UA's dorms, leaving some buildings heavily damaged and many more completely uninhabitable. Class 1-A is lucky that their dorm was right on the edge of the disaster zone and so only slightly damaged, but things are about to get a 𝘭𝘰𝘵 more crowded. Midoriya Izuku and Bakugou Katsuki end up assigned to a room together by random selection, the heating and cooling systems start to go haywire, and all of this may just end up being the start of something new, unexpected, and maybe even wonderful.
