Is it really ok to not be ok?

One summer, Sunoo found a book that was entitled "Is it really ok to not be ok" which is a question that he was just thinking about. That flamed his curiosity and turned the page but nothing was written and just like that the flame was put off by water as he left the book and ate dinner. After dinner, he went back and opened the book once again and skimmed through the pages as he realized that there is something written on the page that was as clean as his mother's bathroom. He read it and saw that what he did a while ago was written, like a story. Is someone watching his every move? Who's book is it? Is he going to be ok?
