Dream is enjoying his life. He hangs out with his friends George and Sapnap, and he loves his family. But when turning 18, he finds slight changes in his thoughts and even his physical attributes are gradually changing. 

This is how Dream XD came into his life.

They were once one person, but now they are separated. How did this happen, and more importantly...
