In 2027 a boy finds a charm made of bone which makes him immune to a disease called "Sorrow" which is attracted to negative feelings and repelled by positive feelings. The boy finds a old woman who claims she people and created Sorrow that tells him he is the only hope for humanity and he must find out how to save the human race. Through out the struggle of avoiding people showing the symptoms of sorrow, every winter it gains a new set of symptoms attached to a new reaction. from finding a group of expolding, infecting anyone scared,to the crave to kill ones family and loved ones. Sorrow changes and adapts.
