They slowly enter the room, cautiously preparing for the worst. A looming dread fills their lungs making it hard to breathe. A crackling sound appears somewhere coming from nowhere, and as if electricity is building up the sound gets louder. The already dim lights flicker around the room and then suddenly, a large bang echoed around the room. Books and scraps that used to be scattered on the floor started flying in all directions adding more noise to the fray. One of the particularly heavy books zooms towards the group, which were stationed in the middle of the room, and crashes into Alastor causing him to be pushed back into the wall. He
unconsciously drops the key he is holding, and that causes it to be flown around the room too.
First time writing a Ghost Story. Sorry if its bad, also inspired by Phasmophobia (the game) so go check it out.

**INCLUDES BONUS BOOK - A CHILD CALLED WENDY**
*****
It was just an experiment. Simply kill one person to see what it felt like. See beauty in the moment of death. See if it filled the void within her. It didn't. Nor did it the next time. Or the next. Gwen is an ordinary person. Wife to Amanda. Mother to Grace and Alexandra. Suddenly, she is no longer ordinary as she finds herself battling her urges and demons before she hurts those closest to her. But is it already too late?
