On a hot summer day, Rosemary Hilton is with her 10 year old daughter, Kylie, at the supermarket. When Rosemary isn't looking, Kylie wanders out of her sight. Thinking that Kylie is somewhere in the supermarket, Rosemary looks for her, but cannot find her. In a state of panic, she calls the police to help find her missing daughter. When the police fail to help, Rosemary takes it in her own hands to find Kylie, safe and sound. Set in the small North Carolina town of Hollow Creek, 16 miles from New Bern, this is a tale of a single mother, not getting any rest, until she finds her daughter.
