Kessia Dargan is forced to partake in a series of dangerous trials to become the next High Priestess of Prophion. Once entered into the trials, there is no escaping until you either triumph or die.
Kessia must find a way through these trials with her sworn called, a group of fighters called by the gods to protect the participants. It is a great honor to be a called and the victors become the personal guard of the next High Priestess, their chosen.
This is a work in progress and I'd like your thoughts on it as I post my rough drafts.
