I'll put it as simple as I can. Quackity owns a strip club which George works at. Someone can pay 100$ for a dance but if the guy isn't up to George's standards he walks out and takes the money with him. Dream is obsessed with George so what does he do? He spends money on him in the club and outside of the club hopping that one day George will finally give him a dance.
