Celestia is a Time Lady from Gallifrey who is the best friend of The Doctor. She met him when they joined Time Lord Academy. They immediately got along and became best friends. She is also coming from a family of, what some people might call, "witches." She travels alongside The Doctor and his companions, using her powers when necessary. But will there be consequences for her actions? What will happen to her friendship with The Doctor which is already a bit unstable? Read more to find out!
The Doctor is in his eighth regeneration and Celestia is in her seventh.

Travellers' Hearts {The Wattys 2017}
The Doctor, in his 10th incarnation, meets another traveller again. He and Kate seem to complete each other perfectly. But he doesn't know how perfectly until he discovers something about her that will change his life forever. I do generally follow the lines of BBC Doctor Who, but might add or change some details. All main characters, except for Kate and characters that are only connected to her, belong to BBC Doctor Who. I regularly updated! Doctor's Daughter
The doctor had a little girl but didn't want to risk her life by looking after her in the TARDIS. He went to earth 2004 and placed her carefully in a basket with blankets, two notes and something no one has ever been able to explain.
