The Otherworld II

What if there was another world within our own we never knew about, soldiers risking their lives to save ours? In this world, half of the population are born with Talents, while the other isn't. Those born without Talents are the Perpetuals.
Children born with Talents have to train to control their powers. Sometimes they're taught from their parents, try working it into their everyday schedule. But most of the time, the children are sent away to Training Camps, where they're trained in combat, learn to control their Talents, all the while meeting other children and going on missions.
The story follows the lives of seven teenagers and the journey they embark on, the secrets they learn about themselves, their families and their world.
