Never underestimate the power of witches.

Demons walk the lands, searching for the next soul to devour. For years, light witches have fought to protect the innocence of mythical creatures, but the magical elements are out of balance, and benevolent covens are becoming extinct.

Maura finds a mentor in Sage, a light witch from House of Ashburn, who can help reinforce Maura's light magic and hold back the darkness plaguing the kingdoms. Together, the two must uncover a spell to stop the dark forces before the blood moon rises in three days. Can Maura and Sage uncover the spell in time before the light is extinguished forever?

The Opal Witch

39 parts Complete

[Completed] Lux's senior year of high school had been carefully mapped out since her freshman year. Snag the lead in the school play, chalk up a few more volunteer hours, and ace her AP English class. Maybe even get her first kiss out of the way before she headed off to college. But her Memaw always told her to never count her chickens before the eggs hatched... a lesson she learned all too well when she levitated said eggs while attempting to cook an omelet. Now she's trading her chemistry tutor for a sexy potions master, and the only book she gets to read is her family's Grimoire. Of course, finding out you have access to magic isn't a terrible thing. Some days it's downright awesome... if only it didn't include being marked for death. Credit for the awesome cover goes to @darthowl
